First and foremost, Jainee is a storyteller. She has spent over 15 years as a Writer, Digital Media Producer and Creative Strategist on a multitude of projects in film, photography, and web design. Inspired by her passion for the outdoors and expertise in design, Jainee co-founded WYLDER, a mission-driven marketplace for the modern outdoorswoman. Wylder is also the first female-founded Benefit Corporation in the state of Utah. Jainee is a natural leader who brings an altruistic and creative approach to business through expertise in multidisciplinary design and compelling digital storytelling. She's a risk-taker and a community-builder captivated by the evolving intersection of media, mindfulness, and activism.

Matt Segal

Originally from Miami, Florida, Segal left the beaches for the mountains of Boulder, Colorado. A born explorer, Segal has a sixth sense for sniffing out obscure, wild rock climbing destinations. He’s traveled the world, from China to Argentina, mostly focusing on establishing the most difficult traditional climbs he can find.

Hilary Hutcheson

Hilary started her fly-fishing career as a teenaged guide in West Glacier, Montana. She guided through college, then took her journalism degree to Portland, Oregon where she worked as a television news anchor and reporter. She eventually returned to Montana to guide and co-own and operate Outside Media and Trout TV for nearly a decade. Today, she's still guiding on the wild and scenic Flathead River system in Montana and the Middle Fork of the Salmon River in Idaho and owns and runs a fly shop called Lary's Fly & Supply. She is an instructor at School of Trout, and Casting for Recovery, serves as a national board member of Backcountry Hunters and Anglers, sits on the advisory committee for Guiding For the Future, is a climate activist with Protect Our Winters and is a contributing editor for Fly Fisherman Magazine. She is an ambassador for YETI, Orvis, Costa, Patagonia and Scientific Anglers. She loves hanging out with her three-legged yellow lab, two teen daughters, Ella and Delaney and her partner, Ebon, especially when they volunteer on the oars.

Barrett Prendergast

Barrett Prendergast is the founder of luxury gifting and floral design company, Valleybrink Road. A passionate foodie and dedicated mother, Barrett lives between Los Angeles and Denver with her husband, Andre Vippolis, and two little boys, Costa and Paolo.

Lindsey Browne Davis

Lindsey Davis is an entrepreneur, advocate, writer and ecologist based in Salt Lake City, Utah. She is passionate about people and ecosystems, and received her degree from the University of California, San Diego in International Development with an emphasis in Environmental Studies nd Political Science. Lindsey's background is in the non-profit sector with a diverse array of constituents. Both internationally and throughout the west, she helps communities develop resiliency through permaculture including ranchers, farmers, underserved youth and educational institutions. In 2016, she co-founded Wylder, an online retail store for outdoor women. Now the CEO of the first female-founded benefit corporation in the state of Utah, she is passionate about building ethical brands, blending commerce and conservation, and using business as a force for social good. As a hunter, angler, and volunteer citizen scientist, Lindsey is an advocate for uniting different outdoor recreation user groups around issues of access, wildlife management, and habitat protection. In her off-time, you'll find her tending to her chickens and backyard garden, wrangling her bird dog, and scouting for hunting season.

As a corporate chef for Traeger Grills Austen Granger enjoys bringing his unique flavor and creativity to people around the world – from Napa Valley wine pairings with Robert Mondavi Jr. to serving meals for US troops at Guantanamo Bay. Austen is all about food, friends and fun and he does each BIG. His passion for over-the-top meals in insane places should serve as inspiration for anyone trying to up their grill game.
