The Ribeye Tomahawk is the short rib attached to the ribeye steak along with the supporting muscle groups. Eating this steak is a mandatory lesson on the road to beef connoisseurship. Some bites will be more beefy and flavorful and others more tender and silky, with each muscle separated by delicious layers of our signature golden grass-fed fat.
