45 Day Dry Aged Ribeye Tomahawk

The heralded Ribeye Tomahawk is a steak lover’s favorite steak. One of the biggest draws of this cut is that you’ll be eating a minimum of three muscles. The Ribeye Tomahawk is the short rib attached to the ribeye steak along with the supporting muscle groups. Eating this steak is a mandatory lesson on the road to beef connoisseurship. Some bites will be more beefy and flavorful and others more tender and silky, with each muscle separated by delicious layers of our signature golden grass-fed fat. 


The fat of the short rib combined with the accompanying bone insulates the main section of ribeye during the dry-aging process, so you don’t lose any weight on the steak over 45 days. The result is a tender cut, exploding with flavor. This is a great piece of meat to put on the grill and share with family or friends...a rare and tender steak that’s certain to satisfy even the most vetted carnivore.
