Your yeti will be filled with deliciously marbled, 100% range grass fat, double aged beef. Your portion is determined by the specific cut percentages of how that individual whole animal breaks down. Since some boxes are too small to include one of each cut, we have categorized similar cuts and each box will include its representative share of the whole animal.
The key to creating the best burger lies in utilizing a whole animal grind and only the highest quality fat and dry-age. Flavor is held in the fat, and ours comes from 100% range raised, double aged beef. Our beef is then dry aged for a minimum of 14 days, which creates tenderness and lends a more intense flavor that will completely change how you think about burger.
