Broth Flavored with Beef Bones

Our bone broth is extra creamy, made from a combination of marrow and knuckle bones. It’s simmered for 48 hours with carrots, onions, celery, thyme, black pepper and coconut vinegar and makes for a great broth, drink, or ingredient. During the cooking process, we add 25% more marrow bones than normal beef broth. This creates more gelatin and collagen in the mixture, which binds with and suspends the fat within our broth, instead of it rising to the surface and settling. The result is a unique, creamy and milky broth that will have you and your family coming back for seconds. 


We freeze all of our bone broth within 6 weeks of brewing to preserve freshness and flavor.

Our dry aged ground beef is not a bi-product, but a highlight of our program. Made from a majority of chuck, brisket, and steak trim, Carter Country ground beef is aged for a minimum of 14 days to maximize our signature grass fed flavor. We now offer a variety of our ground products for individual sale including One Pound Pillow Packs, Summer Sausage and Bone Marrow Broth.
