Our dry-aged grass-fed and finished ground beef is made from a majority of chuck, brisket, and steak trim.

Carter Country grass-fed and finished ground beef is aged for a minimum of 14 days to maximize our signature grass-fed and finished flavor.

We also never process more than 15 animals at a time, so every burger can be traced back to the specific animal from which it came.

Our dry aged ground beef is not a bi-product, but a highlight of our program. Made from a majority of chuck, brisket, and steak trim, Carter Country ground beef is aged for a minimum of 14 days to maximize our signature grass fed flavor. We now offer a variety of our ground products for individual sale including One Pound Pillow Packs, Summer Sausage and Bone Marrow Broth. Keep your eye on this section of the site, as it will be update periodically with flash sales and new products as they become available.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. And for the month of December, get 2 free pounds of ground beef for every $100 spent on Individual Cuts.
