Due to the perishable nature of our products and food safety regulations, we maintain specific policies for returns and refunds that comply with health department requirements while ensuring customer satisfaction.
We guarantee the quality of all perishable meat products at the time of delivery. All products are shipped frozen or refrigerated in accordance with USDA guidelines and food safety standards.
For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of perishable meat products once they have been delivered. This policy is in accordance with FDA Food Code and state health regulations.
If for any reason you have issues with your shipment, please email info@cartercountrymeats.com and we will find a solution for you. All perishable product are shipped with Corso insurance. We will issue refunds or replacements for perishable products in the following circumstances:
