Our Smoked Salmon Spread starts where every Hook & Line product does — with wild-caught Coho salmon, line-caught from the cold, pristine waters of Alaska. We slow-smoke it to bring out its natural richness, then fold it into real cream cheese with fresh lemon juice, green onion, shallot, sea salt, and pepper.
