Nuvo Olive Oil is built around a 135-year-old family olive orchard in California, saved from being sold and lost forever back in 2012. Working with a local Italian master miller, the family brought those ancient trees back to life and pressed their first harvest into what has become one of the most awarded small-batch olive oils in the country — earning Gold and Silver medals every year from 2018 through 2025.
Every bottle is small batch, cold-pressed, and estate-grown — harvested and milled within hours to lock in freshness and polyphenols the same way we flash-freeze our fish at sea. No industrial processing. No sitting in warehouses. Just real oil from real trees, shipped direct.
