Each box is half premium steaks and roasts, half dry-aged 80/20 ground beef, all from grass-fed cattle finished on our regeneratively managed Wyoming ranch. We never process more than 15 animals at a time, so every cut traces back to the animal it came from. Nutrient density is independently verified by the Bionutrient Food Association, Edacious Labs, and the Stephan van Vliet Lab, with our July 2026 ground beef sample measuring an omega-6 to omega-3 ratio of 1.82:1, versus 8.28:1 for grain-finished beef in a 2026 Journal of Animal Science study.
