How much beef is a quarter cow? A quarter beef share is a minimum of 115 lbs of flash-frozen beef, bought as bulk beef by the share rather than by the cut. Every animal is different, so individual cut weights below are estimates - we will get as close as we can, and the total box weight will always be at least 115 lbs.
